Return Shipping Costs

• Seller's Responsibility: We will cover all return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item). Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with order details and clear photos/videos of the issue to receive a prepaid return label.

• Buyer's Responsibility: If a return is due to customer preference, wrong item/size ordered, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, international duties, and taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 Item Condition Requirements for Tools & Hardware To be eligible for a return, all sewing tools, shears, cutters, and accessories must be:

• Completely unused, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition.

• Returned in their original factory packaging (including protective blade sheaths, blister packs, and tags).

• Note: Any tool showing signs of wear, oil residue, or fabric lint will be rejected and shipped back at the customer's expense.

Shipping Method & Tracking For items shipped back at the buyer’s expense, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee or issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit back to our warehouse.

• Use Tools for Their Intended Purpose Keep dedicated fabric shears and cutters strictly for textiles. Cutting paper, tape, or cardboard will dull the blades immediately.

• Prioritize Workspace Safety Always engage safety locks on rotary cutters when not in use, and keep blades retracted or covered during storage to prevent accidental injuries.

• Match Tools to Your Fabric Select appropriate needles, thread, and cutting instruments based on fabric weight and texture. Fine fabrics like silk require sharp, thin needles, while heavy materials like canvas or leather need heavy-duty blades.

• Maintain Clean & Oiled Blades Wipe lint and adhesive residue off blades after every project. Apply a drop of sewing machine oil or mineral oil to scissor pivot screws periodically to maintain smooth operation.

• Protect Cutting Surfaces Always pair rotary cutters and precision knives with a self-healing cutting mat to extend blade life and protect your working surfaces.

• Replace Consumables Regularly Blades, sewing machine needles, and seam rippers lose their sharpness over time. Replace them regularly to prevent fabric snagging, missed stitches, or rough cuts.
